Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gray Warden's compliance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Gray Warden provides a software platform designed to help organizations in the Defense Industrial Base manage and track their CMMC compliance efforts. Our platform provides tools for self-assessment, documentation, and progress tracking.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Access and Delivery

Gray Warden is a cloud-based software service. Access is provisioned to your account immediately after you register and is delivered entirely online through our web application; there is no physical product to ship. Your subscription includes any free-trial period offered at signup, after which access continues for as long as your subscription remains active.

Subscription and Billing

Access to Gray Warden is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@graywarden.com. Monthly plans are non-refundable; on cancellation your subscription remains active through the end of the current monthly billing period and does not renew. Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal; after 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable and your subscription remains active through the end of the paid term. Disclaimer

Gray Warden is a compliance management tool designed to assist with CMMC preparation. Use of our platform does not guarantee CMMC certification or compliance. Organizations are responsible for their own compliance efforts and should work with qualified assessors for official certification.

Intellectual Property

The Gray Warden platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Gray Warden Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gray Warden Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
